My Drums Is tha Illest
This is the end all kit I have compiled this kit for some time. Pulling some samples from my vinyl collection, my CD collection I also pulled drums from all sorts of websites, and refill CDS, Friends trading with other extreme sampleheads on the net. I got drums, drums and more drums. I have over 10000 samples but not all of them were hott so I listened to every single sample and choose the best ones based on tone, amplitude, quality, file size, recording quality and decay. All of the samples have decay there are not cheap samples that were cut in half. I have experienced buying multiple drums cd on ebay and other websites and I have been disappointed not finding the kind of punch that the kick drum needs or the crack that snare has to have. This kit will fix that.

I want to say about this kit is that it is not about quantity of drums but about quality I could sell a kit with 10000 different samples but I don’t feel that is right since not all of the samples are of the best quality I sell a quality product.


Bassdrums

-- Bassdrums samples are from vinyl, Internet, CDs, Bassdrum styles include Higher Freq. samples and modern hip hop and house samples with the necessary frequency of 80 hertz and below. The kick from Drop it like its hott is in here that is such a Big Ole Nasty Kick curtsey of The Neptunes In addition is the kit is a Bassdrums that 9th Wonder and Dj Premier used. I created this sample by adding a really nice bass sample to the kick drum EQing them differently using waves to get that Hip-Hop punch. Dr Dre window shattering Kicks. Also in the kit is the speaker-smacking drum that Scott Storch always using on his tracks. Many of the samples were cut in Pro-tools. I have Waves Plug-ins I used RBass on many of the Bassdrums to enhance the lowend.

Snares

-- Snares were sampled from loop CDs, Internet and vinyl. The snares sounds range from thick hip hop snares like Kanye West to hardcore rock Snares and sharp snares with lots of bite. It also has the patented Dr. Dre Snare that shatters the speakers it is so rough. The sharp Snares sounds excellent they have a 3 k bite so it hurts but it also sounds good. Timbaland snare sound that is unique yet so catchy. There are so many different kinds of snare sounds. There are Big snares like Rock drums, sharp Snares, thick Snares, Deep Snares, 80ites Snares, Disco Snares and many more over 200 quality Snares.

Claps

-- The claps kit is my favorite I just recently obtained the Bounce Klaps kit. The bounce Klaps have some of the thickest claps that I have ever heard. Seriously these claps can compete with The Trak Boys Drums and I think that the Trak Boys Drums are in here as well.

Dr Dre & Scott Storch Claps are present wit there huge body thick sound.

Also included wit the claps are snaps. There are various styles of snaps some with reverb some without reverb. Included as well is the Mr. Collipark snap sample the one from wait and play.

Toms

-- The toms kits contains many different styles of tom hits. There is a varied of small toms, hi-toms, mid toms, low toms, and deep toms that rumble the subwoofer. Many of the Toms samples were pulled from vinyl and have excellent quality. Nothing like a quality 70ites recording to come through with the illest.

Percussion

-- My percussion kit is off the chain it will crush anyone else on the net. Bells, Bongos, Cliques, Congas, Cowbells, Darabuka, Djembes, Electronic Toms, Finger Drums, Chimes, Tablas, Sticky Drums, Sticky Ickky Ickky Drums, Tibetan Hand Drums, Triangles, Vibraslaps, Wood, and some more misc. percussion sounds. I got all different types of ethnic percussion. Middle East Percussion, Latin Percussion, Indian percussion, Russian Percussion and that just a taste.

Rim shots

-- The rim shot kit is ight it contains about 30 sounds nothing spectacular.

Hi-Hats, Rides, Shakers

-- Hats, Closed Hats, Open Hats, Dirty Hats, Maracas, Reverse Hats and Rides, Tons of Shakers, Shakers such as Timbaland Shakers. Tam brines, includes hi samples from both Triton and Motif keyboards. Hats at sharp and contain decay on every sample. Most Hi's have been run through Pro-tools and EQ'd with Waves EQ to add a shiner feel.

Cymbals

-- Cymbals contain excellent decay following throughout the entire hit. Cymbals have different styles such as Rock, Hip-Hop and R&B.

Scratches

-- These are samples of me scratching various sounds on a Scratch record. Some are also downloaded from the Internet.

Bass/Subs/Lowend

-- Lowend is my baby in every track I do I always have to have that sub hit. This is a collection of lowend hits all sub hits are 80 hertz and below for the bump in the ride.

80ites Drums

-- This is a private collection of 80ites style toms that I obtained by sampling various records. They are a little weird and some of them are in 8 bit but it gives them a grimy feel.

808 Kit

- This is a complete 808 kits including all the sounds that a Roland 808 Drum Machine would contain. The Kick has been muli-sampled to give it better sounds quality. The 808 Kick drum I layered 12 times in Pro-Tools then added a little EQ and compression to balance it so it is a beastly kick drum. Then I added the RBass giving the lowend a dangerous rattle. Also the Mid Still has the pop that an 808 needs. The pop is what really makes the difference in the ride when you got the 6 by 9s.

909 Kit

- Is similar to the 808 kit expect for the Roland 909 Drum Machine. My kit contains all samples muli-sampled for a stronger sound quality.

FX Kit

- This is the monster of 1000 different beeps, bloops. boos, aliens, beam downs, beatboxed beats and hits, clicks, boings, burps, Brass hits and Horn Hits over 100 different horn sounds, Orchestra hits, Breaks, broken phones, broken alarm clocks, bugs, buzzers, buzz, Babies, tin cans, cars, car screeching, chimes, china, chords, gun cocks, cracks, dada’s, dial tones, Dirt, Vinyl sounds, Distorted guitars, Dogs, dungeon sounds, explosions, farts, Fire engines, Frogs, FM, Fuzz, FX Sounds Misc, guitar sounds, gunshots, helicopters, pitched guitars and pitched horns, IDM, itching, Scratching, laughing, machine guns, metal sounds, noise, old phones, old movies, organ hits, lots of phone sounds, pings, pongs, and pung sounds, quacks, querks, quarks, razors and radios, robot sounds, rulers, sand waves, pads, shotguns, signals, various space sounds, squeaks, spinning lights, sub sounds, string hits, swish, swoosh, synths galore, swords, ticks, tocks, tinks and tickles, tin, traffic and tires, Tupperware, TVs, vibes, violins, wahhs, whispers, whistles, webbles, woobles, weaks and weirdness, zips, zaps, zoops, zups, and zings all different sounds in here. over 1000 sounds in total this FX kit is crazy and a must have for anyone who needs that little something extra to put in the background of a song.

All of the sounds can be used in any sequencer. The Samples are WAV 44.1 kHz.

The samples were recorded and edited using Logic Pro 7 Or Pro-Tools and then sent through Recycle to insure sample accuracy.

I don't not mess around with low quality and low bit rate samples in my production neither would want to receive them when I buy a kit on EBay. I have bought many drum kits on EBay and I have been very dissatisfied with the contents of the CD. So I figured I create my own kit of only the best samples.
