2009:
hello triangle friends.

tired of your typical every day to day life?

well, fret no more, team termite has infested north carolina.

this year we're trying this southern fried style. abandoned house hunting, american tobacco trail, cary parks, greenway trails and taking advantage of whatever other FREE things raleigh and the surrounding areas have to offer. the majority of us are interested in photography but this is not a requirement.

members (termites) are encouraged to plan interesting events also.

i will post all excursions on my calendar also. be sure to check there to see what future endeavors will take place.

2008:
moving on and the purchase of technology... with the addition of my new computer and internet access at arms length, again, team termite's expeditions will be much easier to post and adapt to this year.

i am going to be honest with you. last years team termite was crap. i was not able to post events, word of mouth did not work out so well and work schedules were never even close to lining up. basically, it was more like termites biting my ass and nothing got accomplished.

we did some cool things, you just did not know about it.

this year is going to go smoothly-er! yay!

that is, if it ever stops raining!!!

2007:
changing base a bit ... back in bloomsburg. most excursions will take place at town park. basketball, frizzzbee, tennis, volleyball, walking, etc. depending on turnout.

some off-site hikes will still occur. montour preserve, rickett's glen, riverlands, etc.

all team termite outings will be posted on myspace, however, if you'd rather be contacted by phone send me your number via mascarah's site and i will call you in advance.

2006:
i am interested to see how many people will join a group if i start one. the premise is based around walking and hiking. i walk every day but i would like more people to join me.

the hour long (three to five mile) trips will be based in and around columbia and montour counties.

the longer two to three day (twenty-five miles or more) hikes will take place anywhere overnight backpacking is permitted. (you must supply your own equipment: backpack, drinking water, food, tent, etc. this is not a casual camping trip. you must be able to hike the distance.)

i will attempt to post the time and place of all walks/hikes a few days in advance but some may not show up until the day of. this is the trial run, so bare with me.

group members do not have to attend every trip but will be expected to show up once in a while. let me know if you are interested. only add this group if you plan on actually attending at some point. if you know of anyone else that may be interested invite them along.
