*Tips For A Healthy Life stlye for teens*
-keep your meals under 300 and 350 calories (yes that means no Mcdonalds) lol
-i eat 6 times a day, 3 meals (300-350 cal) and 3 snacks (100 cal)
-workout atleast once a day (take an aerobics class for instince) also workout 5 days a week, or 7 days a week to really kick it up a notch!
-NO sodas! diet sodas are way better! :-) wouldn't u want to waste the calories on food and not a drink lol
-if u do cheat try and do it once a month
-HEALTHY BRANDS! South Beach Diet, Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, 100 Calorie Snacks, 40 cal Lifesavers popsicles! Publix Brand fudge pop (yummy! my personal fav and only 50 cal)
-Different things to do while u workout-make sure you burn more calories than u take in, so that means CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO!! so much fun right? hehe, what i do is take aerobics classes, time goes wayyy faster, and i have fun! (Funk Aerobics at Longevity Fitness Club & Spa)
-FINAL THING! i know we are young, but if ya wanna look good, this is the only way to do it and trust me it changed MY life, and these other girls too...take a look see =)
