Come discuss Hermann Hesse's literature, paintings and his most peculiar life.
The pilgrim to the East, that subjective Pleroma, where self-realization is found and the diversity of opposites is reconciled into a harmonious whole, Hermann Hesse, began his journey on July 2nd, 1877, through the hell of his innermost being, where he was born on the outskirts of the Black Forest in the picturesque town of Calw, Württemberg, Germany. The last steps of his pilgrims path, on this physical plane of existence, were taken on the 9th of August, 1962.
