I envision this group to be a networking tool for us, a place where we can support each other in our band aide/backstage baby/groupie endeavors. This is a place where we can share our dreams, stories and tips without any feelings of competition.

We’re a definition of groupies inspired by women like Pamela Des Barres, Catherine James, and Cynthia Plaster Caster, as well as the band aides portrayed in the movie Almost Famous.

The word “groupie” has been tainted in the past decades; we aren’t a life support tube of hard drugs and alcohol, we are the muses that inspire musicians. We need musicians and musicians need us.

At some point in our lives, we decided that we needed to give back to the musicians for everything they have given us. We’re turned on by the music they create physically and mentally and emotionally. There was no choice in our path, it was an acceptance. Musicians are the translators of the subconscious, the emotions and thoughts.

If rock and roll is your closest friend, you’ve come to the right place.
