The electronic United States of Africa (eUSA), is a Cyber-Nation with the goal of transnational Black Cultural UNITY. It is a new kind of 21st Century nation, conceived to meet the new millenium needs of people of color worldwide.
It is not a physical nation, religion or cult. It both exists and does not exist at the same time. It is both a cultural reality of today and a vision for the future. It is our legacy from the shinny ones (ancestors).
The eUSA as a Cyber-Nation consist of citizens. These citizens also belong to a physical nation on the ground. These citizens also consider themselves, or should consider themselves, world citizens in the new global Village. eUSA is the African section of the global village. It is the premier structure through which, those of African decent can participate in and exercise their collective will, on the new and emerging Global Village.
