to create safe performance spaces for queer arts in Philly; to create a Philly queer art community; to form alliances with other Philly queer bands/artists to do shows together; to create a space for the sharing of information on queer performance opportunities; can act like a record label; to create networking w/queer artists in other cities; to create a quarterly queer arts event called PQRS, Philly Queer Rock Show; like a mini homo-a-go-go; will feature Philly queer artists as well as queer artists from nearby cities or on tour, thereby making networking more possible; will have an open mic built in; creates a venue for "gig swapping" with other artists out of town; will give members the opportunity & resources to produce/promote DIY events;
