So, I know many of you are wondering what this is all about. Some of you are aware that on many of our headlining shows, and occasionaly on other tours, we throw together some last minute potluck meals prior to our shows.
For those of you who don't know what a potluck is... It is merely a meal in which everyone who attends, brings something with them to share with the group. Some people make homemade meals, their 'specialties', and some who don't know how to cook, bring drinks, or even utensils. All in all, potlucks enable all of us to get together, meet each other, and share is some good food before the show.
SO... What we are attempting to do here is create a little network of people who can help us. Being that we are on tour, it is difficult for us to maintain these events and do simple things like set up a table or clean dishes, or for that matter even answer questions like "Hey, where are the napkins?"
We are looking for individuals and their friends who can help organize and setup, or 'host' if you will.
Feel free to talk about it at will and one of us will be on here to answer questions periodically.

Post a topic with the DATE, CITY, and VENUE in the subject heading, so you all can find your city's potluck easier.
Please look to see if there is a post about your city FIRST. Try not to repeat the same city for the same show, just to avoid confusion.
Also...
In the past, the potlucks are at the Venue, in the parking lot around 2 hours before doors would open. We will probably have one 6 foot table with us, but if anyone cares to bring one, please do. Please remember that we are at a venue, and we should be courteous to them by attending to trash as well as making the potluck as UN-obtrusive to their business as possible (ie, not blocking entrance, grouping in the center of the lot).
