This group is for people who have escaped from mind controlling cults, whether it be Jehovah's Witnesses, Scientologists or any other groups that have tried to manipulate your mind and yet you have broken free!

It is not easy going on in life after you leave a cult, especially if you grew up in one. Sometimes you feel that you cannot connect with the "outside world" properly. Many of us feel enormous amounts of guilt and feel pressured to return.

We face a constant battle in our minds of what is truth and what is manipulation and just trying to be "normal" becomes quite an effort, especially if you have left the cult very recently and have been cut off from family, friends, etc...
