Ever wonder how we as a people can live to exist in this society today, which we all call home, Hawaii nei. Land being developed, taxes on land getting higher, displacement of people, mommies and daddy working two jobs just to put food on the table, big families living in small houses, the prices are going thru the roofs, it's ridiculous and saddening.

But, there is one solution out there and the only solution for these problems we are having today, "The Royal Patents". The Royal Patents were land awards given from King Kauikeaouli or Kamehameha III to the people of Hawaii. They are patent lands that are owned by these selected people and are passed down to their descendants or heirs forever and ever. They are lands which can't be sold or bought.

I myself have called these people at "Aha o Na Wai Eha"(Look at bottom of page for more information) and I've received a three hundred and eighty page book on the "Royal Patents," this book lists the true owners of land in Hawaii and where these lands can be found. In my own time, I have done extensive genealogy, and have found many family that owns lands from Molokai, Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii island and yes, the first part to taking this remarkable journey is to do your genealogy, so that you know who you are and where you come from. These are real issues, happening NOW! the sooner people get involved the faster the process of making things pono. In fact, this is better than Hawaiian Homelands because with this the U.S. has no jurisdiction and can't tell you what to do!

The U.S. has jurisdiction only on "U.S. patents" and not Royal Patents, what they want everyone to believe is that the Royal Patents are U.S. patents, but this is clearly not true. Not only that but if someone claims a royal patent and there is currently a Hawaiian homesteader living on that land, they can be told to leave or stay, depending on what that person (heir of the royal patent) wants.

So, what does the Royal Patents actually holds?

Royal Patents holds a Allodial title. Kamehameha III by the Great Mahele granted the lands of Hawaii in Allodial title. The legal term for the word Allodial is "Allodial" or "Allodium", which is defined as free, absolute, and non holding of any lord or superior. Own without obligation, property tax, and land held absolutely in one's own right. As such his majesty and his konohiki (Headman of an ahupua'a land division under the chief) had the absolute title.

Now absolute title to land cannot exist at the same time in different persons and different governments. It is still through "Ko Hawaii Pae 'Aina"(Kingdom of Hawaii). Existing only in the person's name and his heirs, there by making the rights to the land inalienable. Which means the land cannot be sold or transferred.

Get your inalienable rights, and just go ahead and secure it. It's already there for you, call the office number right now (243-2224). Whether you think the land got sold or transferred, it hasn't. Never will be, never can be.

The royal patents became absolute so its inalienable, and so from that point it cannot be sold or transferred. So now we know that the Royal Patents is not for sale, never has been, and can never be transferred. We know now there is no such thing as public lands, none were ever created, no such thing as state lands or ceded lands too. The U.S. are only claiming Tax Map Keys (TMK), you have the absolute Royal Patent which is your own title. They may own the house that they built, but the U.S. owns no land in Hawaii. You own it and you can do whatever you want with that house because it sits on your 'aina.

E Ho'i I Ka 'Aina - Return to the land.
