Group Leader:

A place for all people, of all colours. Come with the heart of a warrior, and you'll be treated as a warrior. Come with respect, and you'll be treated with respect.

This is Anishnaube Akii Ojibway Land, but hey, all welcome

I (the moderator) am also an avid supporter of aboriginal customs. So if the idea of talking about how proud you are to be an Indian, doesn't excite you, there'll be other topics on here (survival/bushcraft, native traditions, language, historical data, etc).

DISCLAIMER:

It is important to recognize that US laws are what the US Supreme Court calls "evolving standards". As such, they are subject to change or re-interpretation.

Over the last few years, several changes have come about that need to be clarified for this group before someone gets into trouble.

Under present interpretations regarding the treatment of "enemy combatants", anyone...citizen, resident, non-resident, illegal alien, etc....who does not have political immunity...is subject to arrest and incarceration with ZERO constitutional rights if their actions are deemed "terroristic".

That means no bail no bond no hearing no lawyer...nada nothing zip. If you advocate sedition or threaten to overthrow the government or endanger the citizens of the US or do anything that can be labeled as "terroristic threats", they can lock your ass up and throw away the key...period...legally. The present Supreme Court has upheld this practice. The standard that has to be met to charge someone with "terrorism" has been raised a bit, but don't count on this to save your ass.

At the present time and until such time as the political climate changes, the following rules need to be observed for this group:

Never advocate violence or seditious activities aimed at the people or property of the USA, it's allies, or partners.

All communications posted on this board will be dedicated to non-violent methods of bringing about positive changes for indigenous cultures in this hemisphere and ultimately the world.

We seek to bring about change through legal means, ensuring the health and safety of all.
