Imagine the truth is a huge mountain and ponder what you see. There is more then one way up the mountain (different religions). Some are more direct but a harder and more risky path, others take an easy path but it is a slow climb, other end up over a cliff and finally some paths just lead to nowhere or just a dead end. No doubt on such a difficult journey the advice and support of others who are experts and who have climbed the mountain previously would be intensely helpful.

Climbers can see what the believe is the peak , turn around and proclaim to everyone behind him that he has found the way. However, as content that he/she may be, if he would just go a little further he would see that there are still two thirds of the mountain yet to climb.

In the end, no matter what path you choose the truth remains the same at the top of the mountain. Imagine the view from that perspective and all the paths below you would be clear and you would see what the others below have in the way of them climbing the mountain. While we may not have the perspective of the people on top of the mountain we can certainly all climb and help each other along the journey.
