As an independent label, Zine Records believe it is right to point out how independent we are. Established in 2006, we are looking for unsigned bands who feel that they have the modern take on a style, or whatever it is that makes your band stand out from the rest. Its very important to us that the music feels like music, human experience, an endeavor to reach the people by giging and practicing, a good ability and understanding of a studio is also very important. At ZineRecords we are always looking for new talent, yet it is important to realize how independent we are as a label. We have four acts and almost all of whome are in the process of making an album. Everyone knows albums cost money! So who is going to pay for the album? Even then an album is made, who is going to press the Cd's? Also, who is going to sort out getting the gigs? And how do you distribute the album? Who Is Going To Pay For All This? The Answer Is Not Some One Else! The Answer Is You!! We Have The Facilities To Make A Band. We can offer :- Rehearsal Rooms, Recording Facilities, Producers And Engineers, Produce Music Videos, Good Quality Pressing At Cost Effective Pricing, Structured Internet Distribution Of Albums, We Can Even Put On A Gig Or Two. Remember! Its Up To The Band To Do The Work And Pay For The Cost Of Setting Up Such A Project. We As A Record Label Can Oversee The Project To Completion Using All Of Our Talents To The Full Potential. When you are signed to a Major you might get payments up front, and all the money made is used to pay back the money given out in the first place. So kind of like a bank loan. We are not in the position to spend money as we are all in the same game together. Yet we can offer all the other services. Surely its time we all took the bull by the horns, Produced a nice package, Putting Us In The Same Position As The Rest Of The Signed Bands In The UK. Gigging Is Your Business! Organizing A Tour Is Expensive! We Can Help In Booking Venues! And Even Set Up Some Gigs! Promo Cd's are easy to make up! We Can Get PA's! Banners! Badges! All at cost effective pricing!
