Wine tasting/appreciation takes some money (to buy them), some time (trial and error) and A LOT OF FRIENDS!!! It can also be an overwhelming, confusing, and intimidating experience.

If you really enjoying drinking wine, but can only categorize wines two ways: ones that you like, and ones the you don't. This is the right place for you. I have been there, and done all that!

If you have a gifted palate either by birth or through plenty of training. Then we can take on some challenges together!

A few objectives we hope to achieve in the this group are:

1) Starting in February 2007, we will be posting our tasting notes for all the new LCBO releases .

2) Create a non-intimidating environment for novice drinkers to take baby steps to learn more about wine.

3) Share your views about a certain wine, whether you had a plasant experience of the wine or not in the forum.

4) Share event and sales information.

5) Bust the traditional myth of PRICE = QUALITY by showcasing some wines with exceptional quality at a very reasonable price.

6) Share food pairing tips to further enhance your dining experience .
