Ahhh. . . the joy of home brewing. The history of home brewing can be dated back to the Egyptians, BC times, and even the ancient Aztecs home brewed their own beer. Beer is a wonderful thing, and thanks to our former President Carter, home brewing is legal (previously it had not been dating back to prohibition). Home brewing is a fun hobby where each brew is uniquely different. The hardest part about home brewing is to wait it out, but the finished product is worth it.
