Feathers has been a Mainstay of the Oregon Historic District of Dayton Ohio since 1978, Locally owned and operated by Janet Phillips who is also an Oregon District Resident. Janet runs the store occasionly assisted by her lazy son Aaron. Feathers buys and sells mens and womens vintage clothing, costume jewelry, accessories, furnitue, art, Vinyl records, toys and home decor. Customers have included: Emo Phillips Sheryl Crow, Tommy Chong, Melissa Ethridge, Fred Schnieder,The road crew for Aerosmith, Ronald Reagan Jr, and Hall and Oates. Scenes for the 2002 Movie Blue Car were filmed at Feathers.
