Qigong (or ch'i kung) One of the oldest and most powerful therapeutic techniques of the East is the ancient art of Chi Kung.
CHI KUNG (cultivation of energy) offers a unique blend of movement and breathing techniques that help you connect with the vital energy (chi) within you that leads to and promotes good health. Many believe that Chi Kung is an exercise that can actually reverse the harmful effects of stress.
The benefits of Chi Kung are as numerous as they are incredible. The graceful movements and powerful breathing method help to increase mental alertness, concentration, and emotional happiness. They help decrease stress by bringing a level of inner balance and calmness. Chi Kung also can improve circulation, clear toxins in the blood, repair cellular damage, improve the rate of organ performance, and help promote weight loss.

Meditation:
Meditation is a discipline in which the mind is focused on an object of thought or awareness. It usually involves turning attention to a single point of reference. The practice may engender a higher state of consciousness. Meditation is recognized as a component of almost all religions, and has been practiced for over 5,000 years. Meditative disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual and/or psychophysical practices which can emphasize development of either a high degree of mental concentration, or the apparent converse, mental quiescence.
The word meditation comes from the Latin meditatio, which originally indicated every type of physical or intellectual exercise, then later evolved into the more specific meaning "contemplation."
Eastern meditation techniques have been adapted and increasingly practiced in Western culture.
Make Money While Helping Others
$250 for Level 1 Certification. Level 1 will allow you to hold classes at health clubs, retirement centers, church groups, hospitals, special care facilities, etc making approximately $50-$100 per hour. Become a leader in your market by forming a class of 20 or more people and you will receive your certification for free.
$350 for Level 2 Certification. Level 2 allows you to certify others level 1. Example: Charge 20 people $250 each for their level 1 certification, $5000 total. Minus 20% ($1000) paid to Wisdom Of The Ages Network for instructional DVDs and certificates. Minus $300 approximate average to rent space for the class. You make $3700 for the day.
$50 allows you to become a distributor with our supplements. We have researched thousands of products with hundreds of companies and have found these products to be the best available anywhere. We have also found that regular use of these products can greatly increase the benefits of our Chi-Kung/Meditation programs for healthy people and especially people suffering from an affliction. Offering the products to members of your classes, friends, family, business associates, etc will make you an additional stream of income above and beyond your certification. If 100 people sign up as an associate with these products, you can earn approximately $1000 extra monthly.
Grants may also be available for those that choose to apply with the various foundations.
