This group is a place where people can: share memories; honour loved ones; spread
awareness for this great cause; make personal donations to help fund cancer research
and patient care programs; and inspire others to become involved in community fundraising
initiatives in support of the American Cancer Society.

The American Cancer Society (ACS) is a nationwide,
community-based voluntary health organization. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia,
the ACS has state divisions and more than 3,400 local offices.

Goals: To raise awareness and funds to help find a cure for cancer.


Events: Hiking expedition from May 5, 2007 to May 12, 2007
in the Allegheny National Forest. The purpose of this event is to provide
additional means to suppor the American Cancer Society.
