Acesssurf Hawaii is a Non Profit Corporation started to make Hawaiian beaches accessible for everyone and to provide therapeutic instruction for the advancement of Adaptive Surfing in Hawaii.
Purpose and Objectives
· Adaptive surfing and shoreline flotation/swimming for any person with a mental or physical challenge who has a desire to enter the water.
· Provide paths on Hawaiian beaches making them more accessible for everyone to enter the ocean.
· An advocate for the disabled in the pursuit of outdoor recreation and leisure opportunities in the beach environment.
· Development of equipment and education for the advancement of adaptive surfing.
