Indian Electronica is an online community, record label, radio station and annual music festival - all focused on showcasing cutting edge electronic music inspired by South Asian flavors.
The Indian Electronica Festival is an international event that launched in 2006 - the festival aims to showcase the most cutting-edge electronic music from around the world being produced with South Asian influences whilst improving ties between international music scenes.
In 2007 we'll be rocking sound stages on 3 continents! This is a never-before attempted endeavor and we intend to make each festival installment unforgettable.

This year we're launching Indian Electronica Records, our label, with a first-ever compilation release!
The double-disc compilation will be split into a downtempo, chillout selection on one CD and more uptempo electronica on the other - think the most wonderful mashup of d'n'b, house, electro, breaks and more - all fused with South Asian traditional elements... Annie Mac would be proud ;)
All you have to do to submit your music is fill in our performance application and make sure to upload the track you've produced that you think we should feature (using the field at the bottom of the form)
Go ahead, send us your music and be featured on this exclusive first release from Indian Electronica Records alongside people like Pathaan, Omnesia, Sharaab, Beats without Borders, Sharmaji, Jalebee Cartel, Akshai Sarin, DJ Spooky, Janaka Selekta and many more!!!

We are throwing the festival in **five** megacities in Canada, the USA, the UK and India because we want great music to be accessible to the widest possible array of people... hopefully you are close-by, if not, we may also be able to bring you to the nearest festival session.
All you have to do to have your performance considered for the fest is fill in our online application form, detailing your music and pointing us to relevant links. We'll review it and get back to you asap with questions etc...
