Threads have been created to promote your band, blog, art and poetry. Use them. Do not start a new thread for this purpose. Do not post masses of topics for the sole purpose of forum disruption. But apart from that, feel free to start whatever thread you like.

Think of this group as a refined microcosm of everyday social experience. In everyday social interaction we face an abundance of attitudes and characteristics of wide range: the dim, the hyperactive, the annoying, the racist, the passive aggressive, the aggressive and so on and so forth. In the reality of our lives we are forced to tolerate the existence of this vast array of personality traits, either with agreement or not. May I suggest we bring a similar mindset to this group. Simply put, nobody will be banned just for being an idiot. But why not keep it civil, all the same?

So bring and share art, music, poetry, writing and intelligent conversation. Preferably. Or don't. Freewill is a wonderful thing.
