Google Adsense is a farce... PERIOD Google "blacklists" sites/domains for no apparent reason, truly. They have even admitted to me via [documented] email and voice correspondence that they have no idea why my domains were on the "blacklist", and therefore could no longer earn revenue in any way shape or form on the net. I am taking this fight to the highest level, the courts. I am in the process of filing a $50M dollar lawsuit against them for loss of lifesaving income I should/would have been getting if they hadn't inexplicably blacklisted my domains (not all of them, just the ones making the most money/revenue). Also suing for punitive damages, mental anguish that's documented, all lost (potenial) earnings, and--based solely on their own disclaimer--other compensatory damages. The amount of the lawsuit is irrelevant, but I will seek to RECEIVE ALL OF IT. I have a number of attorneys lined up to take this case, as the exposure for them, going against such a behemoth as Google, is quite evident. Also, given my evidence, it's a pretty cut and dry case really. All that's left is how much of the $50M I'll really see from a courtroom battle.

Anyone who has any similar experiences please tell us all here, that's what I've created this group for. Perhaps, if there are enough similar illegal proceedings carried out against enough people, we can engage in a class action suit as well, against this scandalous company. At the current rate of growth, AIX™ / American Idol X™ should exceed 100K friends within a year or so. With this group, hopefully having that many members in that same time frame, if not more, the word will most definitely reach the minds and desks of enough people, the right people. This will undoubtedly make an impact on limiting the worldwide use of the adsense program, as well as the equally scandalous/illegal GoDaddy.com Cashparking service. With the power of numbers, this group and the power and trust of the judicial system, I plan on taking on google.com, and succeeding. With your help, that goal will be that much easier to achieve.
