I created this group because I needed a place to be
accountable. If I commit to check in everyday with how I'm doing on my eating, and how I'm doing on my exercising, it's more likely that I'll stick to my plan and do well. I welcome all of you here, and I wish all of you success on your personal journey, whatever it may be.
I have just a few rules, just to keep things tidy and free flowing.
1. Please respect each other. We're all in this together, and the last thing we need are put-downs.
3. Feel free to post new threads, but before you do, have a look at the ones that have already been started to see if you're topic fits in anywhere. This will help to keep the board free of a bunch of "Hi, I'm new" threads. =)
4. If you want to promote something, please do so in a bulletin. DO NOT create a topic to promote your own group, site, whatever. It will be deleted.
5. This group does NOT support anorexia. If you are looking for a "pro-ana" group, this is not it, and I will ban you.
