Welcome to St. Canard, home of that masked mallard crimefighter Darkwing Duck. St. Canard is a beautiful metropolis with its own landmark: The Audobon Bay Bridge, which connects to the neighboring city of Duckburg. St. Canard is a popular tourist attraction despite the high crime rate.

Negacia MaCawber: Greetings fair citizens! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day~ <3

I would like to announce that as of today, City Hall has come to an agreement with the villainous legion V.I.L.E... their co-leader, Splatter Phoenix, will also serve in office as co-mayor of St. Canard. She and I both control this city equally now. The former mayor, Mrs. Malicia MaCawber-Negaduck is not returning to office due to a long-term magical contract with her cousin, Morgana MaCawber.

My goodness... "control" is such a harsh word isn’t it? I really don’t want to boss others around or oppress citizens... but I’m here to maintain a level of peace in our fair city! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, do drop by my office anytime <3 I love visitors!
