Most of you know Ryan Bois as "Buddah"


6 year old, Joanna Mullin of weymouth Murderd by 20 year old, Ryan Bois.

Ryan Bois, 20, is due to be arraigned in Quincy District Court on several charges.

A Patriot Ledger reporter who was spit on was taken to the hospital for treatment because authorities say Bois has Hepatitis C, a disease of the liver.

Bois is accused of taking Joanna Mullin from their grandmother's home in Weymouth shortly after she had been dropped off for a sleep-over Saturday night.

Police said he stole a car after kidnapping his cousin and when officers tried to pull him over for driving erratically in Weymouth, he allegedly sped off.

Bois crashed the car into a taxi and ran away, but he was caught moments later by a police dog.

He was arrested for motor vehicle charges and for threatening a police officer with a knife.

Then police searched his car.

"During the course of the inventory search of the vehicle there was a horrific discovery of the dead body of a 6-year-old girl in the backseat of that vehicle," said Norfolk County District Attorney William Keating.

The charges were immediately upgraded to murder.

Investigators said Mullin suffered trauma to the body, but they would not release any other details until an autopsy could be completed.
