ResumeSwap.com is a membership-based association of committed professionals finding inside connections for professional opportunities (whether or not advertised.) Beyond what is available anywhere else, it provides a centralized database of all members’ résumés, searchable by other members and recruiters alike. Specifically designed with smaller communities in mind, it provides value to local recruiters and local candidates, while most other services cater to broader geographical areas. Members will certainly find the anonymity of ResumeSwap.com extremely compelling.

Without divulging their identities, members choose when and how to respond to contacts. The website’s features minimize prejudice, discourage exclusion, and focus only on members’ accomplishments. Search results indicate only experience relevant to the query; they don’t identify the names of members’ employers; and they won’t display irrelevant experience or gaps in employment.

Members can: find potential clients, service providers, subject experts, employees and partners; be found for business opportunities and great jobs; discover inside connections that can help members to land jobs and close deals; post and distribute job listings; find high-quality passive candidates; and/or just introduce themselves to other professionals based on specified criteria.

IF YOU'RE NOT USED TO THE "GROUPS" FEATURE ON MYSPACE - Unfortunately, you won't see a notification on your home page if there is a new post. You have to click the "Groups" link on your home page and then check from there. Kind of a quirk to work around, but that's how it works.
