This is a project to help further the knowledge and appreciation of music between the sister cities of Liverpool, England and Memphis, Tennessee. Both cities have made major contributions to the world of music and it seems fitting to bridge the gap of these musical meccas and join forces to continue creating the music that makes us both distinctive, appreciated and respected.

The premise is simple: Have artists from Liverpool come to play in venues in Memphis and have artists from Memphis go to Liverpool to play there.

Many artists and venue owners in both cities are interested and see the potential to create new fans for the wealth of talent involved in Memphis and Liverpool. And local and city governments, venue owners, and music commissions see the potential for new tourism created by this project.
