I started this group because as of oct. of 2007 I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I had no one to turn to, until I ran into someone at a wedding who has celiac disease. He opened up my eyes and helped me cope with it. It wasn't easy at first, still isn't at times, but I feel like a whole different person. I want to be there for you like he was there for me, and I want everyone to get the same chance to talk about this disease & help eachother cope with it.
