FORCE - facing our risk of cancer empowered

is a group for people at risk for hereditary breast and ovarian cancer syndrome.

We are cancer survivors, children who have lost mothers, fathers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents to this syndrome. We are pre-vivors, people who have learned about our genetically conferred high risk for these cancers. We are friends and family members of those at risk.

We invite you to visit our site, learn about hereditary cancer, meet those of us dealing with every possible complication of it, and help us work to educate others,

The site provides information on fisk factors, testing, prognosis for patients positive for BRCA mutations, and risk reduction strategies.

The site also a message board for people to share experiences, learn about prevention and treatment options.
