The devices provide delayed auditory feedback (DAF), frequency-altered auditory feedback (FAF), and masking auditory feedback (MAF). Our devices reduce stuttering 70-80% at normal speaking rates without speech therapy, and train carryover fluency so that over time users need the devices less and less.

Our devices can be used with full-size headsets to maximize effectiveness on telephone calls and for therapy practice, with wired cellphone earsets for face-to-face conversations, or with wireless Bluetooth cellphone earsets for maximum freedom and comfort.

Our SmallTalk is the smallest anti-stuttering device with DAF and pitch-shifting FAF. It also eliminates background noise and has a telephone interface.
