The name "Red Dirt" found life in Oaklahoma, however the umbrella grew to the Texas music scene as a way of describing a Southern Rock / Country Rock / Texas Rock / Country Blues / Swing Rock and so on. I have even heard the term Outlaw Country which was once a genre all to itself. What does it all mean? Honest from the heart music delivered by real musicians that have a heartfelt approach to the craft of song.
