Welcome to CUBAN-AMERICANS IN FILM & ENTERTAINMENT (CAFÉ). The meeting place for professionals of Cuban heritage in the U.S. who are in Film, Television, Music, Advertising and other creative arts and media.

The mission of CAFÉ is to provide Cuban-Americans in the entertainment business with a legitimate professional and social organization that provides an opportunity to expand their network, become involved in service and educational initiatives for the Cuban-American community, and strengthen our ties with our shared culture.

CAFÉ will support the emergence of new Cuban talent in Film, Television and New Media and foster the artistic exchange and outreach to filmmakers and artists, both in the United States and around the world, even Cuba itself.

Additionally, CAFÉ will present a strong and unified voice for Cuban-Americans in the industry who believe in a peaceful transition to a democratic republic on the island of Cuba, where writers, filmmakers, musicians and artists have the right to express themselves--free from fear of reprisals and artistic and political persecution.

*****You don't have to be Cuban to join!***** Yes, it's primarily a group for "Cuban-Americans" to foster cultural connections, but this group is wide open--inclusive of ALL artists and entertainment professionals of every background and from across the globe, who have a passion and a love for Cuban culture and want to network with other professionals in the group.
