Ok here’s how it works:

After you sign up for your plan I get all your info such as weight, height, goals, est., to understand what it is that you want to accomplish.

My Hitch Fit Book and DVD will at that point be sent to you in the mail. The DVD has all the "how to do" exercises so you make sure you know what your doing. The book is loaded with info to help with making the right choices, help with your nutrition and your workouts.





Next I make your custom workouts and diet that you will follow. Every week I will keep in touch to see your progress and make sure you are doing what you need to, this builds the accountability.

Also I am always here to answer any questions you may have and help guide you.

The program is either a 12 week or 16 week program ranging from $15-$17 per week
