Harry Shannon has been an actor, a singer, an Emmy-nominated songwriter, a recording artist in Europe, a music publisher, a VP of Carolco Pictures and worked as a free-lance Music Supervisor on films such as “Basic Instinct” and “Universal Soldier.” He holds an MA in Psychology and is currently a counselor in private practice. His novels include the horror books Night of the Beast, Night of the Werewolf, and Daemon, the Mick Callahan novels Memorial Day, Eye of the Burning Man and One of the Wicked; also the thriller The Pressure of Darkness.

Harry executive produced and scripted the horror film Dead and Gone for darkhaze.net fetish photographer/director Yossi Sasson, wrote/sang the title song ( the sexy "Forty Years of Pain"), and played a bit part as the Sheriff. The DVD and a novel version of Dead and Gone will be released in July/August 2008.
