First of all let me say I am not Jewish or pretend to know much or anything about the Jewish people of the nation of Israel.

What this group is not about:

1. A place to be anti-semitic (a person who hates Jews.)

2. A place to promote replacement theology, (the church has not replaced Israel in God’s plan for the world.)

3. A place to spew lies about the Jewish people or the nation of Israel.

What this group is:

1. A place where we can pray for Jewish people and Israel according to God’s word: Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

2. A place to learn about the history of Israel and to help celebrate her 60th birthday.

3. A place to gather and receive news about what is going on in the nation of Israel and with the Jewish people.

4. A place to discuss prophecies concerning the nation of Israel and the Jewish people and the end times of the world.

My hope is to enlighten those of us who do not know much or anything about the nation of Israel, the Jewish people, or its culture. I will attempt to interview those of Jewish descent both in America, Israel and abroad. My prayer is that it will be a learning experience for me and the members of this group. May God always cause his face to shine upon each and every member and as always may Jerusalem ever shine forth the glorious presence of Jehovah and may she always dwell in peace. Layman’s Creed

This is my bible, the sword of God. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My sword, without me, is useless. Without my sword, I am useless.
I must wield my sword with truth. I must use it to enforce the defeat of the enemy of my soul. It will be wielded accurately and deliberately, because it is sharp and slices to the heart of the matters that concerns me. My enemy who is trying to kill me will be pierced with the truth contained within, rendering his onslaught against me unfruitful. IT WILL BE DONE…….

My sword and I know that what counts in this battle is damage dealt to the enemy. Not the circumstances encountered, the pain suffered, the trials and tribulations we face, nor the storms that life brings. We know that it is the truth spoken that counts. WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS…..

My bible is the living, breathing word of Almighty God. Thus I will learn it as no other text in my life because its truths will set me free. It will bring revelation to me when it is meditated upon day and night. It will become part of my life. I will learn every commandment, statute and laws that are contained within its covers and then it will make my way prosperous. I will ever guard it against the lies and deceptions of the enemy, and it will keep my heart, soul and body pure. We will become part of each other. WE WILL…….

Before God, I declare this creed. My bible and I are the defenders of truth. We are the masters of our enemy. Jesus is the savior of my life.

So be it, until Jesus comes again and there is no enemy, but peace!
