GREEN EYED MEDIA is a production company/media collective founded in 2007 that creates music, documentaries and narrative films for entertainment purposes. It's goal is to promote artist's in the Chicano, African American and Indigenous communities around the world so that those voices can be heard in the U.S. entertainment community. Although it does not exclusively support just Chicano, African American and Indigenous artists, GREEN EYED MEDIA is dedicated to the spirit of activism and social justice. It was created by Rafael Flores in Seattle. Since then it has relocated to San Francisco where Mr. Flores is pursuing his MFA in film production at SFSU.

The name GREEN EYED MEDIA was taken from Mr. Flores' nickname THE GREEN EYED MONSTER that was given to him as a child by his Grandmother and Brother.
