This chapter of the party will be dedicated to the preservation of financial, social, and personal liberties. We will seek to promote and endorse candidates who represent those honorable qualities.
Southern Illinois is a great place to live. Metro-Lakeland is the statistical categorization given to Southern Illinois by the United States Census Bureau. This is what you would call a "micropolitan statistical area", one of the largest in the nation (11th out of 200) with about 250,000 people in a 4 county area. We have many citizens but we understand the need for privacy, therefore much of our personal property is spread out, and we have the room to do it. This area is traditionally laid-back with low-crime and low cost-of-living. But as with many other areas around the nation, that good way of life is being threatened due to the ongoing pressure from people on the extremist authoritarian left who agree with hardline Communist ideologies, and from people on the extremist authoritarian right who believe in Fascist ideologies. The Communist left believes that all private property should eventually be abolished in favor of a government controlled, cooperatively owned system. The Fascist right believes that the State and the rich elite should control everything, including the production of everything that we need, and that anyone who disagrees is a "terrorist" worthy of imprisonment.
The time is NOW to reject BOTH ideologies, and return to the system that many of the founders of our nation believed in. We must heed the words of a famous Libertarian, Barry Goldwater, who said "extremism in the defense of Liberty is no vice, and moderation in the pursuit of Justice is no virtue." We must defend Liberty and Justice at all costs. And we must defend ALL Liberties. We have to ensure not only that our nation is safe, but we must also defend the rights of our people to do and say as they wish so long as it harms none. We must ensure the rights of ALL people to have a sound financial system in which everyone has equal access to a truly FREE market. We must return our dollar to a base that is solid for trade and ensures the sovereignty of our nation.
Here is a story about the death of the US dollar.
On June 4th, 1963, President Kennedy wrote Executive Order 11110, which took away power from an already unconstitutional Federal Reserve System, giving the government power to issue US silver-based currency instead of international fiat currency issued through the globally controlled Federal Reserve System, returning us to a solid dollar. President Eisenhower, in his farewell speech in 1961, warned the incoming President Kennedy, saying that a "Military-Industrial Complex" was not to be trusted and could be in the process of infiltrating the federal government with the intention of destroying national sovereignty and the US dollar. Naturally, when Kennedy wanted to stop the Vietnam War and stop the financial overthrow, this violently angered the international bankers and certain oilmen who controlled the US economy with global funds. Five and a half months later, Kennedy was murdered. Then, in 1964, after the assassination of President Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson took over and immediately began to work with the Congress to start the process of the destruction of the US dollar and the silver backed currency, beginning with the Coinage Act of 1965. This stated that all coins minted would not be based on silver no later than 5 years after the passage of the act. Coins in circulation became copper-nickel instead of silver, devaluing our monetary base, and immediately created higher inflation. Gold reserves were already being hit due to massive debt spending and the utter looting of the Treasury for the Vietnam War by Johnson. Johnson organized, along with the international bankers, a false "run on gold". So, we have a date of 1970 for the end of a silver-based dollar, and gold was soon to follow. The Vietnam War not only helped Johnson's friends in the Military-Industrial Complex get rich, but it destroyed our currency, harming it so much that the very Bretton Woods gold standard that the international economy was based upon since 1944, collapsed, with the help of Richard Nixon who gave in to the international bankers by rendering the US currency inconvertible to gold on August 15th, 1971.
Our dollar was dead. This was the beginning of the Chinese Trade dollar and the Middle-Eastern Oil dollar.
It's time to bring America back.
