Hello Everyone!

I know that everyone is very excited about collectivly putting together the Vagina art show! I have run into a few issues with regards to the location. The LA spot has not gotten back to me and the Pasadena spot seems to have switched ownership. I would love to meet with everyone and discuss some ideas and dates that we can all work with. I was think Feb, but maybe March.


The following are what I envision:



The art should fall into the following themes:

Vagina- The Erotic Pleasures

Vagina- The Sacred Life Giver

Vagina- The Shamefull/ Unpeakable




I am looking for a preformance artist that would take on these themes through music, dance, visual art, or other. I have been in contact with mostly Chicano artist and I am curious to see how culture and class will effect the show.

I hope to have all types of artist in all mediums participate.

As of now I hope to have the following participants and I will be asking a few more mujeres to participate:
