The station features mostly rock and metal in all forms. The DJ's are awesome, the music bloody kicks ass, and you can e-mail requests or go through the chat room to make a request. Most of the time they will even read your e-mail request on the air. Don't expect your typical radio station, the adverts (commercials) are practically non-existant! Also, something to be mindful of, they will sometimes, mostly on the weekends replay some of the shows from earlier in the week. So an e-mail request would not be received. To find out if the show you are listening to is a "replay", simply go to totalrock.com and click on the "schedule" link. And don't forget the UK time difference! This radio station does NOT play by the rules, they have a great line up, themed shows, I.E. "the Metal Lunchbox", "Sleazy H's Midnight Dynamite", "The Batcave with Natasha", and "Catbird's Phantasmagoria".
