We all know the story. It is yet another well built, wealthy city that attempts to hide its low-income populations behind Georgian pillars and brick buildings. It is that perfect city that refuses to acknowledge the increased violence within certain socio-economic areas.

The Epigenesis Program wants to end the silencing of teenage voices for change in Annapolis, Maryland, "The Sailing Capital of America".
