The band was originally formed in 2001 as a reaction against manufactured girl bands who put more emphasis on fashion and appearance than musical innovation.

This act is on a mission to capitalize on naturism, environmentalism, women's rights and equality, acceptance of GBLT sexuality but the main focus is naturism.
