ABATE is mainly a motorcyclists rights organization dedicated to preserving the riders freedom of choice and freedom of the road, education and safety. Our members are active in public awareness programs, motorcycle safety programs and in supporting all types of charity events.
The Northwest Suburban Chapter of ABATE of IL covers suburban Cook County as well as parts of Lake and McHenry. Our monthly chapter meetings are held at the Rose Garden Cafe (Rt 72 and Arlington Heights Road) in Elk Grove Village, IL on the fourth Wednesday of every month starting at 7:30 p.m. Come out to a meeting and see what we're all about. It doesn't matter what you ride - everybody is welcome...
This list is not a substitute for the NWS ABATE web page. It's to be used to keep our chapter members aware of upcoming rides and events in the local area and to encourage new membership in ABATE of Illinois and the NWS Chapter.
