Welcome to Scriptshops MySpace group. Scriptshop are a group of writers in the Leigh area to workshop new material and get valuable feedback.
Talent/Age/Experience/Anything else are immaterial as long as you have the enthusiasm and are prepared to come alond and have a laugh.
We meet most every Wednesday in the Pensioners link building from 7-9 and after rehearsing we perform the members scripts and give feedback to the writer. It's a valuable experience for the up and coming script writer to be able to see their scripts being performed amd the feedback is supportive and honest.
There is a small contribution to rent and expenses of £1.50 but the first week is free and refreshments are provided.
Scriptshop are looking to run a series of Cabaret evenings in the near future and occasionally run workshops and other events. |
